People will have time to spend with their family. They also have attendance like normal working people. This can help them manage their time with work and family.

There are a lot of examples of smart workplaces.

One example would be the use of a cloud-based mobile-device management plan. For example, United Bankshares, Inc. teamed up with Microsoft FastTrack team to develop a mobile management strategy that allow employees to work with the devices and apps of their choice while protecting company information.

Another example is the on-demand access to data in retail. ASICS company, took advantage of the Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solution to create a secure mobile access to emails and documents from any device. It allows easy configuration while still preserving important data from outside sources.

Lastly would be the use of smart buildings for smart workplaces. A smart building is any building that uses automated processes to control the building's systems. For instance, controlling the workplace's heating system with a mobile application is considered as a smart workplace.

Distractions to the normal noise of ringing phones, constant emails, and a noisy fax machine, and it's no wonder that it's sometimes hard to get work done. Working at the workplace cannot run from those people who talks a lot while doing their works, gossiping and all. There will be adhoc meeting where people cannot be avoided and compulsory to attend. There will be co-workers and staff that will ask anything regarding work. There kind of distraction may lead people to stressful and could not provide a good quality of a job. Technology demands attention. The time saving advantages are often outweighed by the constant distractions.
