First, from Mrs. Gargar, she emphasized in her video the importance of originality or uniqueness in one’s work and the importance of growth and improvement. I was really moved and motivated when she tackled about self-improvement because I tend to lose hope and are always afraid of failure. However, she encourage us to take every failure and disappointment as an opportunity to improve ourselves for there are always a room for improvement.  Also, to be unique and imaginative in producing ideas because it is what makes us set-apart from others.

In Mr. Minez III, he made me realize many things in his talk especially the importance of thinking a lot of consideration first before choosing your course in college. He shared that it was also with a heavy heart that he entered the College of Business and Accountancy, however, he eventually found himself enjoying and loving it. After his talk, I pondered on it for the reason that I am burdened of the fact that I am not smart enough to enter Accountancy. However, he said that being smart is not actually the main reason why many people succeeds but in perserverance keep on going and the desire to learn. It inspired me to pursue my dream though knowing it will be a hard route but I just need to think of my future and dreams and it will help me move forward.
