-Was found dead in her own home in the entry hallway at 7:00 A.M.

- Former husband: Alex Garcia. The two were in a nasty divorce before Anna's death. - Had a romantic relationship with Doug Greene. Abruptly ended the relationship with him a week before she died.

- Best Friend: Lucy Leffingwell and they own a bakery together.

- Went through a terrible divorce with Anna.

- Beneficiary of Anna's life insurance.

- Been struggling financially.

- Was with Anna the night before her death.

- Blood type found at the crime scene, footprint found at the crime scene, and fingerprint found at the crime scene.

- POSSIBLE MOTIVE: Killed Anna to get revenge from the divorce and needed money to support himself. Could've possibly been helped by Erica Piedmont.

- Was the one who called Anna in concern of her continuously barking dog.

- Is a good friend of Anna, so close with her that they were in a romantic relationship.

- Is the neighbor of Anna Garcia.

- Anna had recently broke up with him last week very abruptly.

POSSIBLE MOTIVE: Killed Anna out of rage because of the breakup.

- A day before Anna died, Erica was seen parked in front of Anna's house.

- Was last seen with Alex Garcia at a local diner in a heated argument.

POSSIBLE MOTIVE: Wanting to keep her husband to herself, Erica could've helped in the murder of Anna Garcia. This is supported because she was parked outside in front of Anna's house the day before her death. Could this have possibly been for her to see Anna's daily routing to find the right time to attack?

- Is the co-owner of the shared bakery with Anna Garcia.

- Was with Anna the day before she died, however, was told by Anna herself when she left early that "she needed something to do."

- Been debating whether or not to buy out Anna's share of the bakery.

- Was told by Anna that she is no longer taking her prescription pills despite the fact that she has back pains.

NO POSSIBLE MOTIVES

Anna could have taken the pills and the orange juice and thought that maybe this wasn't the best decision. She then threw up and it was already too late. The pills had already sunk in and she passed due to an overdose.

2. POSSIBLE STAGED SUICIDE

Alex OR Doug could've killed Anna, hence the amount of blood, and staged a suicide. Doug could've called the police as a cover up while Alex was just bad at covering his tracks. EX: Muddy shoe print left behind by Alex's shoe.

3. POSSIBLE SUICIDE- by drugs

Anna could have injected herself with a drug and could have passed out on the floor. While injecting herself, she could've messed up. This would explain all the blood on the floor.

4. HOMICIDE- by ALEX GARCIA

Alex could've came in with muddy shoes and tried to attack Anna. Through the struggle of the attack, the table flipped over sideways. Alex then banged Anna's head on the table edge while his hand was on it. Anna's blood from her head could have smeared onto the table. The hair could've been from Alex's hand holding her hair to slam her head onto the table. Then Anna could have still been conscious and was bent over on the floor. Then she threw up and passed out. Alex then could've set up all the fake orange juice, syringe, and even pills.

5. ACCIDENTAL DEATH:Anna could have been trying to take her pills to make up for the time she hasn't been taking them. However she could have had a stroke and threw up, dropped her orange juice and the pills, and then passed out and eventually died.

6. HOMICIDE POSSIBILITY- once again: Alex Garcia

As stated in number 4 among the theories, I still highly believe in every event that happened that I stated in my paragraph. However, I would like to add that because of the confirmation that the blood spatters were Anna Garcia's, it is very likely that Anna could have been crouched down after her head being slammed onto the table whilst blood droplets fell onto the floor.

As the height of from where the source of blood is coming from increased, the diameter increased as well.

AUTOPSY REPORT^

This document is recordings of all of Anna's medical history. Anna Garcia was born with sickle cell disease and was found to pertain symptoms of a type of diabetes. At such a young age of merely 14, Anna was already experiencing symptoms of diabetes. She was excessively thirsty most of the time, which is caused by glucose levels in the blood being too high and resulting in your kidneys being unable to pull out glucose from water. See paragraph 5 of the following for more information: https://timesulin.com/why-does-diabetes-cause-excessive-thirst/ Anna was then diagnosed with diabetes and had experienced hyper- and hypo- glycemia. At 16, she had encountered hypoglycemia during a soccer game and at 25, she also experienced hyperglycemia during a vacation.

This document is Anna's recordings of what she had eaten the last few days of what she had eaten prior to her death. In Anna's food diary specifically the day before she died, she had so many foods that were very high in sugar. She at vanilla ice cream, marshmallows, and soda; glucose. Which was known when we tested Anna's stomach contents for macromolecules and found glucose. Anna's stomach also tested positive for starch, proteins, and lipids. All of these macromolecules were found in the foods of her diet. It is very likely that because of Anna's unhealthy eating, her glucose could have spiked very high and did not regulate due to her not getting insuin in time.

NATURAL CAUSE: There is a lot of evidence that indicates Anna could have died from ketoacidosis. One of the symptoms of ketoacidosis that Anna had been experiencing was frequent urination. I believe that Anna must have had her blood glucose levels went extremely high and did not attempt to regulate it in time. This led to her ketones in her body to build up; which was found within 2.3.3 autopsy report. Symptoms of ketoacidosis that Ana had experienced (explained in autopsy reports,) were vomiting and ketones found within the urine. When ketoacidosis is left untreated, it could lead to a serious coma or even death. In this case, Anna Garcia could have died from not treating ketoacidosis.

NATURAL CAUSE: It is very likely that Anna Garcia could have died due to having excessive glucose in her blood, hyperglycemia. Although hyperglycemia could be easily overlooked as not something to cause death, it could eventually lead to fatal symptoms or results. It is exaggerated throughout Anna's case that she had extremely high levels of sugar within her blood. With Anna having type 1 diabetes, her body was not able to produce insulin to regulate her extremely high glucose levels; thus, hyperglycemia. It is very likely that Anna did not check her glucose levels that day and continued with her day unaware of the fact that her glucose levels were skyrocketing. By the time she felt the painful and unbearable symptoms of hyperglycemia, she was probably going to inject herself with insulin with the syringe found near her; however, she was too late and fell to her death.

NATURAL CAUSES: Now, I have discovered two complications from activity 2.3.3 Complications of Diabetes. The very first, gastroparesis. Gastroparesis is a stomach problem found in people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes where the stomach takes a long time to empty its contents due to high blood sugar damaging the vagus nerve. (The vagus nerve is what allows the stomach muscles to contract; digestion) One of the symptoms of gastroporesis is a distended abdomen. A distended abdomen is a pain within the abdomen area due to a swelling of the stomach, something that occurs during gastroporesis. Also, throughout Anna's history, she's been excessively thirsty. I looked into all of the complications listed with Activity 2.3.3 Complications of Diabetes. I found something. Kidney disease. Well how does kidney disease at all link to Anna Garcia's case or even diabetes for that matter? Well, when a patient has diabetes, their blood vessels become damaged. Once the blood vessels are injured, the kidneys become unable to clean your body correctly. The body would end up receiving more water and salt than it really should be, this causes weight gain or ankle swelling. Once i heard about ankle swelling, I immediately turned to the autopsy report. With the physical examination results, edema in the ankles was visible. Edema is swelling of the soft tissue within various areas, including the ankles. A crucial piece of evidence that was found in autopsy report 2.3.3, proteins were found in her urine. This would indicate that her kidneys were not filtering waste as properly as they should have. The body's kidneys are meant to excrete of any bad toxins, not essential macromolecules such as proteins. Also, her left kidney appeared to be pale and showing signs of necrosis. (The death of body tissue) Therefore, I believe that Anna Garcia had died from two complications from diabetes, gastroporesis and kidney disease. (Despite gastroporesis being very minor and not a possible death threat, it could have contributed to her death.)

This document is the first of the three autopsy reports that explains the findings of Anna Garcia during her autopsy. A ring was found on Anna's ring finger. Her shirt had a vomit stain, blood, but was not torn at all. This means that there was no struggle during the death. To the right of her temple, an open wound was found where pre-mortem bruising was visible. By the appearance of light bleeding, it seems that there was a lack of blood flow from a fall of a solid object. Anna was also found to have edema and graying in her fingernails. This infers that she had low oxygen. On the right of her thigh, inflamed red injection sites were found.

This was the second autopsy report with new information about the laboratory results, and internal examination information. First of all, Anna's blood glucose levels skyrocketed over the average range with a level of 280 mg/dL. There was no evidence of drug overdose, alcohol, or toxins or poisons. The stomach displayed no signs of lesions or any injuries. 125 mL of partially digested SEMISOLID food was found in her stomach. Could this have been an indication of Anna being diagnosed with gastroparesis? Gastroparesis is the condition where food tends to be digested slowly due to the damaging of the vagus nerve from high blood glucose levels. Therefore, Anna's stomach could have digested those foods quite slowly- gastroparesis.

This was the third autopsy report with information about Anna's urine, blood, head, neck, and her trunk. With a high A1C level of 11 percent, this was an indication of Anna's hemoglobin having excessive sugars attached. Since significant protein was found within the urine, this means that her kidneys were not filtering waste properly as macromolecules such as proteins, should be used, not excreted, from the body. Therefore, it was a conclusion that Anna had kidney disease as well. Ketones in urine was an immediate symptom that Anna had ketoacidosis. Eye AND oral complications were found as there were issues with her swollen blood vessels, right eye cloudiness, and abnormal blood vessels in the eyes. As for her oral complications, Anna was shown to have excessive plaque buildup, severe receding gums, and 4-5 unfilled dental cavities. As for her trunk, Anna had her left kidney looking pale and showing signs of necrosis- another indication that she had kidney disease.
