Taking a first step of applying a job is harder than others might think. I overthink sometimes because I wonder if my skills are good enough for them. But I'm trying to put that aside and just think of it as a challenge to overcome that fear or thoughts. In reality, all that I can think of this what the outcome will be. 

EXPECTATIONS: What are your action items to prepare?
Everybody needs to prepare at everything that we come across to. I need to check every requirement like documents, equipment, schedule etc. I want everything to be in the right place so I won't mess up.

Thinking about what to say in your interview is a must. But sometimes people experience mental block. After reviewing every single detail of my resume and the companies background, at the very moment of the interview, I forget those things. Then the next think I knew the interview is over. I now practice myself when it comes to speaking formal and in English so things like that couldn't happen again.

EXPECTATION: How are you going to be ready?

Being ready for an interview is like being proud of your skills and talents. During this pandemic, I'd prefer work from home better than working in the office. I don't want to put my family in a harmful place by me going outside everyday. I also consider looking at how much the company pays because us Graphic designers don't have much value here in the Philippines.

EXPECTATION: What are the things you need to consider?

If I have multiple offers, of course I'd pick the most suited job for me. The one I can do better at like for example, 2 job offers of graphic design, the first one is more on poster and the other one needs to specialize on packaging.
