1. Explain the activity - i have had to explain a bit about me this was done from a presentation which then i was given feedback and got questions asked at me from my class and this is for people i don't fully know to get to know me more in detail in my class.

1. Explain the activity - I had to work as a team with strangers when I joined the Royal Navy and completed the candidate preparation course this included morning and evening rounds.

2. What went well I worked well and showed leadership and organisation working amongst people I didn’t know.

1. Explain the activity- When i used to ply for a football team i had to work together with my teammates to win the game and as a defender i was to prevent any goals being scored.

I have a part time job at Tesco in which work there everyweek allowing me to gain my own income to support my bills such as my laptop and paying for my car insurance and maintain my car.

I had worked for just over a year with McDonalds in which i had shifts vary from 5 hours to 9 hour shifts. i had worked 10-25 hours per week for this last year. but i have recently left and joined the tesco colleague team in which I am contracted to 19:25 hours a week plus the overtime i may reciveve which could be an extra 10-25 hours a week. if and when i get overtime. i have had this job just over 1 month.

Experience 1 was when i atended a college trip in sheffield in which we was invited to go to the courts and see a live court cases about numerous cases in there. I personally osnally went in one with a murder case and the witness was giving their statement.

A key point of when i volunteered was when i and my class was helping out during the graduation of the people studying who actually paid for the course at Barnsley college. I and my class acted as security for the parade through Barnsley to ensure their safety and blocking the roads for them to walk in the roads while we block the exits to prevent any car travelling and pedestrians walking through the parade.

Another key evidence is that i will be attenting awards evening where most of the college will be celebrating the end of college year and my time at college where we might receive rewards.

My public services and i chose to vonlunteer to help block and secure the roads to ensure the universitys parade/gradutaion was safe to walk around barnsley center without interference with vechiles and people walking in the parade.

I have worked part time for over a year mainly being at mcdonalds then revently started working at tesco.

At mcdonalds i averaged about 10-20 hours of work a week, and at tesco i do at least 19 hours a week at tesco with lots of overtime. Having more than 315 hours in the retail industry and fast food enviroment. gaining many key skills such as teamwork and communication skills including being under pressure in certain times.
