Yes we should lift the embargo because we are making it harder for the citizens , the article "Yes" with Senator Christopher J. Dodd states, "The real victims of our policies are the 11 million innocent Cuban men, women, and children" This shows that we placed the embargo to help stop the communist government, but it is actually hurting the citizens.
