       Some of our major beliefs are that Jesus died on the cross to save us from our sins and he rose again on the third day, his mother Mary was a virgin, if you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior and let him into your heart then you'll be let into Heaven, and that God created the world in 6 days and used the 7th day as a day of rest.

Teachings-
       We are taught the 10 Commandments. These are the main things we have to follow and what are taught. We are also taught that if we believe that Jesus Christ is our savor then we shall live eternity in Heaven. Another main thing we are taught is the Sabbath day. Sabbath day is a day to rest and not do any work. 

Practices-
    One practice we do is taking communion. This is where Jesus broke the bread at the last supper and said "This is my body given to you; do this in remembrance of me." Then Jesus took the cup and said "This cup is new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you."  Another practice would be going to church every Sunday and praising and worshiping God. 

Important Holidays-
 One important holiday is Christmas. Christmas is when Jesus was born. Another important holiday is Easter.
