         <description><![CDATA[<div>Among several ways, reading lists could be made more inclusive of other marginalized groups is to have a fair representation of their work either in articles, journals, books etc made available. Soliciting for resources for minority group could be from students, going through the reading list of other institutions who has fair representations etc. </div>]]></description>
