• Books may be checked out for two weeks and can be renewed as needed. 

• Students can check out up to 14 books at one time

Lost or Damaged Library Materials

• If a book is lost or damaged, there are three ways to replace it:

1. Get another copy of the book from a new or used book seller such as amazon.com or Half Price Books

2. Bring in a comparable title or titles that would enhance the library collection

3. Pay the replacement cost of the book

Textbook Checkout

• Students can checkout as many textbooks as needed for their course load. 

• Textbooks and calculators are due at the end of the semester or at the end of the year depending on the length of the course. 

Lost or Damaged Textbooks

• Lost textbooks = Full replacement cost

• Damaged & unusable textbooks = Full cost replacement

• Damaged & useable = 1/2 the cost of replacement due to the life of the book being greatly reduced

What do we do at Paw Prints?

Any student is able to become a Paw Prints Designer during the fall or spring semester each year. All Paw Prints Designers earn ¼ credit each semester. This library program aims to provide real life learning experiences through high end business practices.

Paw Print Designers will:

• Take orders from customers via the Paw Print Request Form

• Create designs to match and fulfill orders from above request form

• Communicate with customers during the process

• Look for proper artwork to support the customer’s idea for their design

• Print orders accurately.

• Knows how to load and unload media and toner and understand the printing procedures.

• Use the Rotatrim Monorail to cut to a professional standard.

• Package all posters with the image facing in

• Deliver orders to all in house customers

• Create and send out advertising
