These programs help individuals become active community members and develop the skills for the best quality of life.</p><p><br></p><p>Contact Information for PACTT Learning Center</p><p>773-338-9102</p><p><br></p><p>The PACTT Learning Center is a facility that provides residential program services to individuals aged 7-22 and individuals 18 or older with 24-hour residential care.
