This generates inconvenience, of course, but it can also represent a great danger to safety.<br><br></div><div>INTRODUCTION<br><br></div><div>4. TERMINOLOGY<br><br></div><div>In order to clarify the non-specialist, and avoid possible confusion in the meaning with which some of the<br><br></div><div>terms that are used in these Rules, its meaning is established below and a list of the<br><br></div><div>most common:<br><br></div><div>Accessibility: combination of constructive and operative elements that allow any person with disabilities,<br><br></div><div>enter, move, leave, orient and communicate with the safe, autonomous and comfortable use in the built spaces, the<br><br></div><div>furniture and equipment, transportation, information and communications.<br><br></div><div>Access to the exit: section of an evacuation route that leads to an exit.<br><br></div><div>Technical aids: technological devices, materials and human or animal assistance, which allow to enable, rehabilitate<br><br></div><div>or compensate one or more functional, motor, sensory (auditory and visual) or intellectual limitations of people<br><br></div><div>with a disability They may include: walker, braces, cane, crutches, wheelchair, white cane and<br><br></div><div>hearing aids, among others.<br><br></div><div>Barriers: anything that prevents free movement and mobility, or constitutes a danger to the security of<br><br></div><div>people.<br><br></div><div>Guest houses or pensions: building or part of a building that does not qualify as a single-family or two-family house,<br><br></div><div>that provides accommodation for sleeping a total of 16 people or less, transiently or permanently, without service<br><br></div><div>personal assistance, with or without meals, but without separate cooking facilities for individual occupants.<br><br></div><div>International symbol of accessibility: symbol to indicate accessible entrances, accessible routes, areas of<br><br></div><div>parking, toilets, telephones and other places adapted for people with disabilities. The symbol consists of<br><br></div><div>a stylized human figure, profiled on a wheelchair and facing to the right with the properties shown<br><br></div><div>Drawing U-A according to ISO 7001. In your case, you must comply with the provisions of the Official Mexican Standards<br><br></div><div>NOM-026-STPS, NOM-003-SEGOB and NOM-233-SSA1.<br><br></div><div>SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS TO TABLE 1.1<br><br></div><div>I. When reference is made to housing or square meters constructed, the total surface area is considered<br><br></div><div>built cover of all levels, excluding only that intended for parking, where appropriate, the<br><br></div><div>bleachers are considered as built surface;<br><br></div><div>II. The total demand for parking spaces of a building with two or more uses will be the sum of the demands of<br><br></div><div>each one of them. For the calculation of the demand, the percentage greater than 0.50 is considered as a box;<br><br></div><div>III. The demand for parking spaces for the uses or destinations indicated in the Table will be by local or when<br><br></div><div>the sum of the premises is greater than 80.00m2<br><br></div><div>;<br><br></div><div>IV. The measurements of the parking spaces for vehicles will be 5.00m by 2.40m. It will be allowed until<br><br></div><div>sixty percent of the boxes for small cars with measures of 4.20m by 2.20m.
