There are three main materials used in this built: wood. rock and unique location. Each part of the house is made out of natural material.
Inside building looks a lot more luxurios in comparison with the modest exterior. Full-walled windows, sliding glass doors and white with brown colour sceme make it seem like you're outside, while sitting indoors. Huge windows lets in a lot of natural lightning and fresh air. Moreover, most of the materials in this house are ecologically clean, for example, stone, glass, wood and others. Because of the large windows, there is a lot of natural light, so less electricity is used. The house has a pitched and flat roof, because of this there is a good place for placing solar cells (green energy). And of course, all the equipment in the house is energy saving. This house is eco-friendly. 
It saves place and doesn't spoil the look of the neighborhood. 
This house includes a chic interior. 
Full-walled windows make the illusion that you are sitting outside. 
It is very quiet and cosy. 
It saves electricity. 
Helps our planet. 
It looks like a very luxury house.
