i dont think it should be banned but i wouldn't do it unless necessary. The American flag is symbolic but so is burning it. America has a lot of flaws but freedom of speech is one thing that i think we did right. Burning the flag is an act that shouldn't be taken lightly but it also should not be illegal. Burning the flag doesn't hurt anyone and it falls under symbolic speech. In some cases burning the flag as an act of protest could help change things for the better. We listen to a lot of old dead white guys who were slave owners in the constitution.... yea.
