The tundra is the coldest biome. It consists of low temps, little precipitation, poor nutrients, and short growing seasons. There is little life, but some of the animals consist of arctic hares, arctic squirrels, voles, lemmings and caribou. Some plants consist of arctic moss, arctic willow, bearberries, and Labrador tea. Oil, gas and mining disrupts fragile tundra habitats.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RT6x5GVPFG8

The taiga biome is also known as coniferous forest or boreal forest. This biome typically has short, wet summers and long, cold winters. Precipitation is moderate in the taiga. It gets plenty of snow during the winter and plenty of rainfall during the summer. Mammals living in the taiga include foxes, lynxes, bears, minks, and squirrels, while larger ones include grey wolves and their prey. Some plants include birches, alders, aspens, willows, poplars, and rowans. As with many forests, the taiga biome is in danger because of deforestation. Humans are cutting down trees by the hundreds and slowly, the taiga is disappearing.
https://www.dreamstime.com/taiga-forests-siberia-taiga-forests-siberia-east-siberian-taiga-ecoregion-taiga-boreal-forests-biome-video169694798

A temperate deciduous forest is a biome that has many deciduous trees which drop their leaves in the fall. These forests are also known as broad-leaf forests because the trees have wide, flat leaves. Temperate deciduous forests lie in the mid-latitude areas of the Earth, between the Arctic poles and the tropics. Some animals in the biome are insects, spiders, slugs, frogs, turtles, and salamanders are common. Some plants in the biome are Lichen, moss, ferns, wildflowers, and other small plants. Farming, mining, hunting, logging, and urbanization are some of the human activities that have affected negatively this biome, resulting in biodiversity loss, pollution, deforestation and habitat loss and fragmentation.
https://untamedscience.com/biology/biomes/temperate-deciduous-forests/

Deserts are extremely dry environments that are home to well-adapted plants and animals. The main types of deserts include hot and dry deserts, semi-arid deserts, coastal deserts, and cold deserts. Desert plants include yuccas, ocotillo, turpentine bush, prickly pears, false mesquite, sotol, ephedras, agaves, and brittlebush. Desert animals include small nocturnal carnivores. The dominant animals are burrowers and kangaroo rats. There are also insects, arachnids, reptiles, and birds. Human activities such as firewood gathering and the grazing of animals are also converting semiarid regions into deserts, a process known as desertification.

The tropical rainforest biome has four main characteristics: very high annual rainfall, high average temperatures, nutrient-poor soil, and high levels of biodiversity. Some plants in the rainforest are cocoa, coffee plant, monkey brush vines, heliconia, and orchids. Rainforest animals include mammals such as sloths, tapirs, jaguars, tigers, howler monkeys, spider monkeys, and orangutans. Deforestation and fragmentation, over-exploitation, invasive species, and climate change are the main drivers of tropical forest biodiversity loss.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3vijLre760w

Grassland biomes are large, rolling terrains of grasses, flowers, and herbs. Latitude, soil, and local climates for the most part determine what kinds of plants grow in a particular grassland. A grassland is a region where the average annual precipitation is great enough to support grasses, and in some areas a few trees. Some grassland animals include gazelles, zebras, rhinoceroses, wild horses, and lions. Some plants include buffalo grass, cacti, sagebrush, blazing stars, goldenrods, and asters. Grasslands are threatened by habitat loss, which can be caused by human actions, such as unsustainable agricultural practices, overgrazing, and crop clearing.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yy191KVBNP0&vl=en
