I was just wondering if U25 student ambassadors are going to be sourcing for MAD as one of their missions, what would their motivation be? And can we expect them to complete certain things in a given timeline? Want to understand this a little better.

1)Is the scope of Sourcing just limited to meeting the count or includes any aspects of quality too? In the last few years our biggest pain point has also been our sourced leads dropping out either before Recruitment or first classes? Are we doing anything for sourcing for quality?
2)Cities even if they met this count for (eg Lucknow last year) can struggle throughout because the Sourcing pool might be same and we need a certain quality/target audience of vols. Is there anything that we are doing to cater to these City's needs & targets rather than just quantitative targets?

I’m assuming as a fellow team you would already know your continuing Vol count and email before the launch party.
Data of those who signed up, plus when you call them for party etc. They would already know how many to expect.

Applicant engagement

Recommendation on requirement gathering:
Before COs approve any changes to requirements for the city, COs should discuss with vertical reps to ensure everyone is aligned w.r.t the requirements.

Fellows faced a lot of issues w.r.t adding ppl to whatsapp groups last year (ppl ended up getting blocked by whatsapp too).
Recommendation - can the city whatsapp group link to applicants go over email and they can join directly where fellow team can continue engagement?

WA Group

Can we think of a different platform to engage? with a group of over 500 or 600 aplicants, it tends to be regarded as spam. We might have to redefine the scope of the WA group. And also it is ore more platform for the fellows to manage, plus it is for a over a month.

What if we set the expectation that RW will happen on < a few date options> and that communications will happen over email and add them to WA groups only a week before the RW

U25 Content not landing

Hello Sourcing team,
When I was just scrolling through Insta on my own and looked at the puzzle and playset posts. There was no part of me which wanted to explore that post more. And this is coming from a MADster, so I'm not sure if these posts are landing with the larger audience.

This is only my assessment though. And I'm not sure what my recommendation can be considering we're working with an external and I don't fully know if there's a space for customization or feedback to U25.
Other than that, Killer showcase Sarika! <3 Super inspired to get to know about what Genz likes and needs and work towards the same for MAD!
