Takie Ndou is my favourite artist from South Africa. One of my favourite songs from Takie  Ndou is " Who Am I" This song gives me hope and inspires me as a musician. His sense of music style is unthinkable. He uses his South African roots to tell stories. Back then, urban/contemporary gospel music was songs of individuals, and the black folk community sang hymns, blues and jazz.
