         <description><![CDATA[<div>Paul now appears before Festus, the High Priest and leaders. They tried to accuse him but they could not find anything wrong to prove against Paul.<br><br>Paul is fed up with the authorities and therefore being a Roman Citizen, appeals to Caesar. Festus was totally against Paul because he sided with the Jews. Festus therefore agreed to send Paul to Caesar. </div>]]></description>

Festus laid Paul's case before Agrippa, and Agrippa was interested to see who Paul was and what was he like. <br><br>Agrippa had nothing to write against Paul and therefore he had no choice.<br><br>In conclusion, Paul was innocent. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Paul Recalls His Testimony/Conversion</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Paul is joyful and thankful for the chance to share his testimony. <br><br>1. He knows the Jewish customs and laws. <br>2. He wants the audience to hear him patiently. <br>3. He recalls his early life as a Pharisee. <br>4. He persecuted the early Christians. He was very convinced and zealous oppose Christianity. <br>5. He agreed to the deaths for Christians and was for it. <br>6. He recalls his conversion on the road to Damascus. Jesus stops him on the way and commissions him to the ministry. Paul becomes an Apostle. <br><br>Verses 19-23<br>Paul preaches the gospel and faced persecution. God helped him and preserved him throughout his life. <br><br>Verses 24-32<br>Festus rebukes him and thought Paul was out of his mind. There is missed opportunity (hearing the gospel/Paul's testimony) for the people present when they heard Paul's testimony. They know Paul's innocent (V 31-32) but they reject Paul's offer of the word of truth. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>
