         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. What are the barriers to succeeding as a facilitator?<br>Barriers have been classified in three areas: organizational, attitudinal and knowledge. The first are the references to the way in which institutions and classes are structured, how the objectives proposed for students with disabilities are defined, how the teaching strategies are and how the classes are managed.<br><br>2. Given that there are times you need to be teacer and other times a facilitator, what would you need to do to mentally prepare yourself for each role?&nbsp;To be successful as a teacher or facilitator you must think and act creatively, encourage good humor, and it is important to have a lesson plan because that will give us more security because we know that we are prepared.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>After the analysis we can realize that the teacher or facilitator must be well prepared as to perform in relation to their role to educate the new generations and we also have to consider the recommendations that Carl Roger pointed out, such as having to take care of the climate or to student experience. A facilitator must be aware that the objective is being met and that work is being done in a coherent manner.</div>]]></description>
