         <description><![CDATA[<div>The gastronomy of Japan evolved, through the centuries, caused by many political and social changes, so the first foreign influence on Japan was China when the Japanese learned to cultivate rice. The use of chopsticks and the consumption of soy sauce and soybean curd also came from China, the rise of Buddhism led to a ban on eating meat, sushi came about as a result of this ban.<br><br>Cooking styles became simpler. A wide variety of vegetarian foods were served in small portions, using one of five standard cooking techniques, all food was divided into five color groups (green, red, yellow, white, and black-purple) and six tastes (bitter, sour, sweet, hot, salty, and delicate). <br><br>Japanese people like to eat a lot of fish, so one of the issues facing the Japanese government relates to fishing privileges. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Its culture, strongly influenced by China in its origins, is approximately 2,677 years old and is characterized by its own language, its own religions, and its own traditions.</div><div>Japanese culture is governed in terms of interpersonal relationships by the giri, a name given to the set of duty, obligation, and honor.</div><div>Speaking a bit of religion Most Japanese citizens do not profess one in particular, although they can practice practices related to Buddhism, Christianity, or Shintoism. However, the religion with the largest number of faithful in Japan is Buddhist.</div><div>Japanese architecture has traditionally been characterized by wooden structures, slightly raised above the ground, with tile roofs, all of this had a great influence from China and the Buddhist religion.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Currently, the daily Japanese dress is identical to the western one, however, this culture has a typical costume that is used on important dates such as weddings, ceremonies, and traditional festivals.<br>The traditional Japanese dress is the kimono, which was the garment used until the early postwar years, it consists of a comfortable long robe that covers the body to the ankles with wide sleeves, fastened to the waist by a wide sash made of cloth, called obi, which is tied in the back with a bow, in addition, the cut, the type of cloth and its decorations change according to sex, age, time of year, and even the occasion.<br>On the other hand, the yukata is another of the typical Japanese clothing, which is used mainly during the summer festivities, since being made of cotton is usually very light, characterized by its straight cuts, short wide sleeves and serious colors for men, however, the tones are more striking for women, who combine it with an obi, a fan and a type of bag called kinchaku, which is used to carry small personal items. <br><br></div>]]></description>
