Last night in Brighton a terrorist that was released in prison on Parole provoked havocblast last night. He has been known as a violent criminal and is a terrorist and has been linked with extremists. Yacqub Kharye has been in jail for a while for an violent horrific crime and has had his Parole dates pushed due to poor behaviour in prison causing fights provoking people etc. This is further reasoning to support my theory as if the police in Brighton carried even some of them carried guns with blanks this horrific crime wouldn't have happened. Well you may be asking how does it support your theory if he is a known violent person that shouldn't have been let of prison. I'm getting to rhat. For example when chasing somebody shoot the legs instead killing them.

They should because if someone else has a gun or any weapon and are going to kill the police they need a way to protect themselves and not be totally defenceless.

In 2006, two unarmed female police constables were shot dead in the line of duty in the north of England. Their boss, Greater Manchester Chief Constable Sir Peter Fahy had this to say:

If you feel small, or weak, or underachieving, or anything like this, dealing with others can induce a great deal of social anxiety. A gun would provide at least one easy way where you can have the advantage over them for once, even if this reasoning only occurs at a subconscious level.
