The must do's are the ones that have to happen and will take priority. This way I still get everything done I just have some that can wait.

"Work smarter, not harder. Time Management is all about getting more done, in less time, even when times are tight and pressures are high. How we organise and manage our time helps to (1) increase productivity, (2) find a balance, (3) achieve our goals.

In the morning I will make a list of everything that must get done today. But most of the time I have 3 list going at once on top of my dairy as well.
I find that the key thing for time management is to structure you time correctly into these sections and also work.
Also having a some form of visual layout has helped me a lot through my work and studies. I mainly use the method of a visual timeline which i have on a wall at my home office so i know where I need to correctly allocate my time for the week to be success and achieve my goals for the week

The night before I head to bed I often jot down my to do list for the next day. Once I wake up I often go through my to do list from the night before and write them in my planner from most important to least important. This gives me an idea of how my day will go and where exactly this puts me for the day after.

*The gif I used is just for entertainment and make everyone laugh*
