He founded the firm in 2006 and has since worked with Mercer County, New Jersey municipalities including the Township of Ewing and Township of Hamilton. John Barrett served as director of finance and CFO at the Township of Hamilton for 12 years and was integral for growing its fund balance from $80,000 to more than $10 million. John Barrett has additional financial management experience as an advisor at Merrill Lynch/Wachovia Securities.
