One of my observations that the water slowly cleared little path ways so it could get to the hole. Soon when there was more water a chunk of sand fell down. Then there was mud everywhere because the water made it go down because the water forced it to flow down. Also on the bottom of the bin there was a ton of like liquid mud In had to get a paper towel to wipe it off. And there was a ton of water in the bin bellow. the wet mud felt so weird it felt like super wet sand. Those are some things that I found.

One of my observations was that when the water was coming down from the cup the sand got stuck and the sand started flowing down with the water. Also, Every time we refilled the water we kept the cup in the same place and the water went down a different path. Another thing is that every time the water flowed down it created a path. Some thing else that I noticed is that when the dirt and water flowed down to the bottom of the tray it got stuck and nothing came out of the hole. The last thing that I noticed is that in the begging the water was flowing down, but then instead of going strait to the bucket it went a little bit under neath the tray then dripped into the bucket in little drops. That's what my observations were on the stream table.

I saw that the mud hill was working it's way down slowly but the water was going down fast. I also discovered that the water took the part of the clay ( or flour). I also saw that the water was either flowing down and going on the desk, or it was running in a straight line like always. (maybe not always) It was like that plate underground that collect's water and sometimes makes sinkholes. I also saw that the more you tip the tray the more faster the water will go. the tray at the bottom was filling fast and splating all over the place and that's why we had the newspaper to block it all. the water went in the sand and some flour. the stream table made the sand feel like quicksand and it was sloopy like putty. That was my observation.

Hello my name is Maddie Lock, and I will be telling you some of my observations With the Stream Table. My first observation with the Stream Table was that if me and my group put the cup with the hole in in the bottom by the way is full of water in the middle of the "Mud Pile" it would make a path for the water to go to the draining hole. My second observation with the Stream Table was that when the water started flowing down from the cup with the hole in it some of the "Mud" would start flowing down with the water. My third observation with the Stream Table was that when we put the Stream Table on a slant the water flowed

I looked at the bottom of the stream table it was not coming out of the hole it would some how turn upside down make a tiny stream on the bottom and then fell me and the group were so interested in what was happening ,right now we still don't know what was happening.I also saw that the more water you put in the cup with the hole the more water comes out of the draining hole.

Fast and made paths in the mud. and when we put the water in the mud saw red dots in the mud . also When we put the clay in the sand it kind of turned light brown. It looked like the table under. where the water came from it looked like a sinkhole. and the water was coming apart when it came down. It splashed all over the place when it hit the ground. We used the newspapers to block the water from splashing and getting all of the place it kept going away from the hole in the bin the mud. feels like putty. and quicksand mixed together. feels like putty that was my observation.
