         <description><![CDATA[<div>well, actually, i dont often use public transportations. honestly, i dont like crowded places, it's uncomfortable and easily happens pickpocket or disease, espeacially COVID-19. besides, the interval waiting time is too long, i see it's quite inconvenient for my study. So that's reason i prefer to use my own transports or book a grab car on bike-hailing service app instead.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>to be honest, i love eating a balanced diet. i often choose vegetables for my meals especially salad or cucumber. exactly that's my best choice of food. according to my humble knowledge, it's a good source of vitamins and minerals. salad have high content of vitamin A, B and K, do wonders for our heart and brain health, and lose weight. it has no flavor so i often eat with mayonnaise, tomato or some fruits. that gets me high, gives me an energy boost and i feel like i cant get enough of it.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Well, actually, airplane is one of the most convenient transportations for people to travel around the world. But in fact, it also has both advantages and disadvantages.<br><br>On the one hand, airplane is really fast, it takes us some hours to travel to anywhere. Beside that, we can enjoy the panorama view with clear blue sky and columns of cloud with many shapes. We can feel like we are flying like a bird. That's truly exciting. Moreover, we have many comforts, we can listen to music, read books, play games or watch movies on the plane. Especially, the meals on the airplane taste quite yummy.<br><br>Nevertheless, we cannot deny the disadvantages of travelling by airplane. To start with, the flights can be delayed or even can be cancelled because of bad weather conditions like turbulence. Besides, the cost of the tickets can be ridisculously expensive, especially on peak time or holiday season. Another thing is it's overcrowded, that leads to the spread of disease, and importantly COVID-19. In addition, airplane is one of the riskiest transports, there are many accidents by airplane happens.&nbsp;<br><br>On the whole, travelling by airplane is a wonderful experience, we can enjoy beautiful landscapes but only on the plane.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

It is EASY TO OWN A BICYCLE&nbsp; THANKS TO ITS LOW COST, but if you want a professional bike, you have to pay more. As much as you know CYCLING is extremely good for our health, IT HELPS TO improve strength and lose weight, so that's reason i frequently ride a bike around my house after a hard- WORKING day at school. Another thing i like ABOUT BICYCLE IS THAT&nbsp; it helps to protect the enviroment, especially AIR pollution. Nevertheless, it is not suitable for long distance trip and TRAVELLING TIME AS WELL AS HOT TEMPERATURE&nbsp; ARE REAL CONCERNS IN COMPARISON&nbsp; TO OTHER MEANS OF transport such as motorbikeS, carS or TRAINS.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>well, honestly speaking, i must confess that i'm not a healthy person, i dont drink enough water, dont eat vegetables or fresh fruit or do exercise, but now i'm trying to stay healthy FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME. And to the best of my knowledge, to have a healthy diet, i SHOULD start to cut down the amount of fast food and soft drinks. Besides, i try to do exercises&nbsp; 30 minutes a day at least to keep fit and drink enough water, I&nbsp; HAD BETTER&nbsp; AVOID eatING in the evening and sleepING late. If WE live a healthy life, WE 'LL BE CERTAINLY HAPPIER.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
