         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are many times in class when working in groups involves using both negotiating and collaboration skills. Personally, I have used both all in one. There was one time when I was working in a group for a project and a classmate of mine suggested we did something differently than what I personally thought we should do. Therefore we used negotiation to come up with a solution that used both of our ideas in one. This also used collaboration because we used our skills to work through things.</div>]]></description>
