Basically with exit tickets or with quizzes, you would just include your students who were proficient or still need support- and that data should not be busy work- but should guide our instruction 

1. Open your gradebook and click on Export in the top-right

2. Select Export Entire Gradebook

3. Find your Gradebook download in your downloads, then click on the Folder icon, then you can rename it and save it where you'd like (I personally have my own "Gradebooks" folder in OneDrive)

ELA 1/14/2026 Live Class Participation

• Day 4 – Homeroom teacher ATC to re-engage (note all contact attempts in PowerSchool)

• Day 7 – Homeroom teacher ATC to re-engage (note all contact attempts in PowerSchool)

• Day 10 – NC1 sent by email & filed as note in PowerSchool (ATC to notify about NC1 & logged)

• Day 13 (or 5 days after NC1) – NC2 sent & filed as note in PowerSchool (ATC to notify about NC2 & logged)

• Day 16 – Principal ATC & Homeroom teacher makes NC referral

These steps may be accelerated if needed due to noncompliance, but this is the minimum expectation.

Tuesdays- Try it Tuesday! Different activities for students to work on (one can be a GimKit!)

Wednesdays- 7Mindsets

Thursdays- K12Zone, This or That Thursday, and/or Think About it Thursday (asking a thought provoking question that students can practice "I agree....because..." or "I disagree....because...." - one question I have asked before is: Is ketchup a dipping sauce? Why or why not?)
