English II is also a state-tested subject, so students will work on strategies to feel confident and prepared for the MAAP English II State Test at the end of the year. During the first 45 minutes of each block, students will focus on targeted English II state test preparation: practicing reading strategies, writing skills, and test-taking techniques. The second half of the block serves as a personal study hall, giving students time to catch up on assignments, stay organized, and get extra help in a structured setting. Employability Skills is a great way to stay on top of academic goals while preparing for future success.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in English Education with a minor in Psychology from Delta State University.


This summer was extra special! I married my best friend, Jacob, and I’m looking forward to this new chapter both personally and professionally.
