My name is Mohd Abraham Isaac Bin Mohd Haniff, I was born in 30 January 1994. Since I entered high school I like to see a boys play Volleyball, they so tough and strong while in the air or at the ground. I saw when the boy jump into the air and hit the ball to the enemy court and I hear the voice shouting happily at the back court, they are so hyped up when they gain the point. Then, I successfully manage to join the Volleyball team in high school, i still remember my first training on that day, I use to train by hitting the ball to the wall five hundred times everyday on my training. After five months, my training replace with serving the ball by targeting a bottle on the opposite off the net. At first it was difficult but after two weeks it gradually turned easy, After I manage to hit the target i shifted to the jump serve technique. After that i received an injury on my ankle, i was sent to the hospital and received treatment for three months. I missed my school team volleyball’s selection because of my injury on my ankle. After my stay in the hospital over, my coach taught me some basic training’s he know the to recover the injury on my ankle. After a week of training, I was spontaneously chosen to join my school volleyball team because they were short on players, we went to battle against a number of schools in an championship. In Tambunan there are three schools that a considered as the most powerful volleyball teams in that area. But my coach gave us motivation and lifted our fighting spirit to overcome our fear against our opponents. Our first battle began on the second week of the tournament against a team of players from SM.St Martin. During the battle there were a lot of errors in terms of strategy on our sight. we were pressured by both our coach and opponent rendering us emotionally stressed and our teamwork weakened thus causing us the battle. We lose another four continuously and we won a single battle. Since than, I learnt for my past mistake and rigorously and extensively train myself to become a Volleyball player. I not only train at school but i also trained in my village with my friends because they are better in that field. I intensively sharpen my ability in Volleyball until the age of 17 to become a professional player. I continued my studied in a community college four a year an a half. While i was in the community college, news spread about a preliminary in the college’s Volleyball team to join a tournament against a number of other colleges. During the first stage of selection, a lot of people were chosen but at the second stage of the selection only eleven players remained, we were setup as representatives for the Volleyball team. At first there were a lot of misunderstanding and miscommunication between the team members. Fortunately, we were given a set of activities like traditional games to improve our understanding of each other and to better communicate as a team. The training managed to strengthen our relationship and we were prepared to face the challenges that was to come emotionally and physically. Five months after training  with my teammates, we when on to the IPT tournament. Three days before the big day, we familiarized ourselves with the Volleyball court. On the day of the tournament  we faced against a formidable enemy, but we were able to defeated them with little struggle. We won three battles with few losses. I was filled with adrenaline and i wanted to do better than before. After that we had a break and during that time we watch three other fights to observe they ways of playing and they strategies. A friend of mine wrote down what he observed and we discuss on how to overcome the other teams’ stratagem. On the fourth phase our turn arrived to enter the battlefield we fought against Polytechnic Tawau. We improvised our tactic based on what my friend had observed during the other teams’ fights to better understand the opponents’ movement and pattern. We fought hard and bruised our body but in the end  manage to secure the second place in the championship. Although we got second place i was filled with joy and was satisfied because i was able to prove myself to the people out there that i am a wordy player. After graduating from the community college i spent another year vigorously training with my friend back at the village. One day, I was accepted to Cosmopoint KK  and i heard good news that Volleyball is available in the college. I also like to watch anime during my free time because give me inspiration and aspiration. By watching anime you can learn a lot of things and moral values. For my own experience I can tell you that anime not all but an abundant of them are beautifully crafted and skillfully maneuvered. I also like to listen to music. I like the type of music that can pump me up every time I listen to the song. Whenever I listen to the song to that type of song I became genuinely interested in the stuff that I am doing. I'm fascinated by the various types of foods out there especially cultural foods as they have interesting histories on how they came to be. I also like to learn languages. An advice told by a random person on the internet is that by knowing how to speak a language, you can broaden your understanding of a culture and see the world from a different perspective. I also like to watch movies and TV shows like House of Cards and Hacksaw Ridge. I like to read books partially because of the fresh smell of each pages and the breeze sensation that you feel when you flip the page. My name is Mohd Salihin Bin Mohd Syahrin. I am 25 years old, muslim, and i'm a mix blood which mean my dad is a Sabahan dusun and my mom is a malay Sarawakian. So, that's mean i am dusun malay which is stated on my identification card ( I/C ). I'm an acrobat, freelance fitness trainer, and currently a full time Cosmopoint Diploma in Pastry Arts student.  I live with my parents in Taman Putra Perdana,Telipok. I was born on 31/08/1991 in Hospital Besar Sarikei, Sarawak. I am originally from Sarawak, that is mean i am Sarawakian. I was raised in a small town in Sarawak, called Sarikei which i miss a lot since we left there on 2003, that is when i was 11 years old.  My first experience on school was of course Kindergarden that is Taska ABIM, Sarikei. I still remember my first day at school i was afraid because my mom left me alone and i was peeing on my pants and crying searching for my mom. But day goes by, i start to get used with the school environment which i found out interesting and fun. I start to make friends, which some of them, we still contact untill now, learning a basic numbers and words which is benefit me nowadays.
 Enough about my Kindergarden, at the age of 7, i come to a new stages of school which is a secondary school. I spend my ages of 7 untill 11 in SK AGAMA, MAJLIS ISLAM SARIKEI, SARAWAK. At the end of 2002, on December 12, my dad decided to moving back to his hometown in Sabah. That is the last time i spend my life and moment in Sarikei. It is a sad and hard decision for us especially my mom who needs to leave her family and her hometown. But life must go on, unexpecting an unpredictable future, hoping everyting happen next is a blessing.
 On 2003, January, i start my new school, with new surrounding, new friends, and of course a new languages that is in SK KOLOMBONG, INANAM. I started to feel get used with sabahan community, but in the meantime, i am not forgetting my memories in Sarawak which make me stronger to faces the day at school. I spend my 12 months in Sk Kolombong and sit for UPSR test,untill the end of December.Then i start my Primary School in SMK KOLOMBONG, INANAM which is just next to SK kolombong on January 2004.
 I spend my 5 years in SMK Kolombong, and sit for SPM test on 2008 which is a valuable and a key for the path to my future.  I decided to further my studies after SPM, which i decide to continue on Form 6.
I spend my 2 years in SMK AGAMA KOTA KINABALU, and pass the STPM test on 2011. On 2012 july, I got an offer from UNIVERSITI MALAYSIA SABAH  , which i've been offering to take a BACHELORS DEGREE IN PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMICS for 3 years. Unfortunately, i reject the offer and i start my career in tourism industry.
 I start to work with GPS TOURS & CAR RENTAL SDN.BHD on september 2012, as a tour coordinator. Untill i got an offer from ANN OSMAN, the mix martial arts (MMA) first female fighter, who give me an opportunity to work in her fitness studio at Kompleks Sukan Yayasan Sabah as a fitness trainer. I quit from tourism industry on September, 2014 and start to join Ann Osman Fitness Studio, on November, 2014 as a fitness trainer. Since then, i start actively in Fitness, weight management and helping people to stay healthy and fit. I get my first certificate as a group and individual fitness instructor on december,2016. 
  I start to learn something interesting from fitness, which i begin from jogging and diet plans. I start to losing my weight which is because i used to be overweight and i manage to lose as low from 85KG to56KG. After i succeed in losing my weight and acheive my targeted goals, i make it into another levels, which is i start to being actively in marathon and collecting medals.Then, i began to learn something more interesting that is acrobatic and handbalancing. I start to train myself based on youtube and a help from my coach. I went for training almost everyday and i believe one day i will do great in fitness industry. The last day for me working with Ann Osman was on January, 26. After that i was just doing a part time with her and i do my own personal fitness training.
 On February 2017, i decided to join my sister for the enrollment in Cosmopoint KK. The main reason why i deciding to get a diploma in PASTRY ARTS, is i want to learn what i can learn while i can. Imagine that i have a life untill 90 years, i want this 90 years of my life to be filled with everything that i wish to and i like to do. I can cook,i can calculate,i can read,i can love and to be loved, but i never do BAKING. Sounds new for me and it's great. Is this the right decision? Do i really want to do this? The answer is "YES". There is life and future ahead. You just can't predict it. I believe in those words!

I also really like travelled to the country people so as to enjoy the variety of food in other countries. In addition, i would also like to learn cooking deeper knowledge in order to make my own recipe and my own way..

In addition to cooking i also love singing and dancing when there's time i will be singing with my father and danced with my nephew, puberty dance i seldom show but if singing everywhere else i will sing as in marriage ceremony, at home and in the bathroom even i will sing haha and in time i was cooking in the kitchen already i will sing..
