For example, he killed himself because he believed his love had died. Romeo's emotions went from sad, to in love, and then to sorrow. He went from being sad from being rejected by Rosaline, to being in love with Juliet, to being in deep sorrow from Juliet's death. The greatest consequence of Romeo's action was that he took his own life.
