the reason it's been racked 4th is because it puts the value of their staff first. they have schemes that enable their staff to learn and grow at their rate and are rewarded for it with financial benefits as well as rewarded with tokens they can use to spend on gifts and discounts. In Return, the charitable side also prospers with staff who feel a sense of gratification from working together as well as helping with charity work. (Large)

An employee on Indeed shared that no two days were the same which keeps interest in the job and more fulfilment as they don't just keep doing the same things. Furthermore, colleagues can access 50% of their pay as soon as they complete the hours, which provides instant reward for the work that they've done, instead of waiting for monthly pay day. Also, colleagues are offered free gym membership and physical health is associated with improved mental wellbeing. Furthermore, the works prides themselves on giving back, for example through giving to charity and improving community by inspiring reading and creativity. Through these things, colleagues are able to see the investment that the company is putting into not only individual wellbeing of its colleagues but go further and have the wider community at heart. This may make colleagues feel like they're contributing to a greater good.
