Multi-area and multi-day classes are hard (more schedule conflicts with students and instructors, more to review/approve, higher cost) and thus avoided. Is there anything we can do to make them easier to run?

After some investigation, I do not have permissions to see the #class-automation channel. As a result, I had no idea feedback was being collected and have not seen any that might be directed to me.

I think we ought to audit Discord permission to ensure that instructors can at least see the feedback for their classes.

Audio has been in and out, so I may have missed this if it was said. What is the expect goal for insurance that covers instructors? Should we be pursuing insurance on our own? Should we be requiring instructors to have coverage in the future to protect Protohaven?

Supplies and kits for special classes: Protohaven can offer support for prep via Tech Tasks, but Instructors can also proactively work on this and seek reimbursement. Reach out to Edu Leads for help with this!
