PLC times should not be incorporated into our classroom planning time. PLC should be should be incorporated into 2 hour early outs every 2 weeks. Regardless of what parents in the community want.

People seem very overwhelmed with everything. While understanding improvement is needed, it seems news things are constantly being added with no time to implement.

I feel the climate of the school is a little chaotic at times and I feel like that there should be some way of sharing out of information discussed during grade level team times.

Supportive conditions from Administration - Don't tell us after school starts that we are going to incorporate new items, like PRESS (Reading for Dummies), and begin immediately with it.

Unfair perception of PCE because of Iowa Report Card Grade from all levels of Administration. Kids are our lifeline. We can improve every kid, but not every kid will be proficient. When we had the current MS kiddos, we would have been "awarded" a better grade too. Admin needs to understand this.

Communication or lack of communication seems to have everyone overwhelmed.

Communicate with each of us in person, not just emails or via google calendar. We need to know about meetings in advance rather than a day or two before they occur. Things can get lost in translation via email and sometimes meeting dates/times have been forgotten to be sent out. A printed, weekly FYI would be helpful to keep us all up to date on happenings.

Principal needs to be available in the mornings before school to deal with coverage on crazy days!
