This happened when Ali took out the money from the box. Money is a movable property. The act was done dishonestly because the owner of the shop wrongfully loss while the boy, Ali wrongfully gain as stated in Section 24 of Penal Code.

The second ingredient as stated in Section 378 of Penal Code which is out of the possession of any person. This happened when the store owner was attending another costumer when the boy took the money.

The third ingredient was fulfilled because the money was taken without the owner's consent.

The last ingredient was fulfilled when Ali moved the property, the money.

Mens rea-  the man called the owner to other place to let Ali to take the money intentionally.

Ali had fulfilled the first element because he was taking the money when the pharmacist /doctor was attending another customer who was ought to be Ali’s alliance in the theft.
Next, Ali has also fulfilled the second and third element as the money is movable from the cash register into Ali’s hands and he took it out of the possession of the pharmacist. To elucidate, he took the money out of the cash register which is known to be the possession of the pharmacy. As he had intention to take the property without the owner’s consent.

The actus rea also known the act .Proof of possession is that the money belongs to the shop as it was in the cash register. Ali moved the property from the cashier as he took it and kept it to himself. Take a property out of the possession is when Ali took the money from the cashier
