Do you have anything to add to or take away from what Scott K said at leader’s meeting:
1)strong biblical knowledge and conviction 
 - is the Bible your standard?
 - Have you replaced anything with your own opinions/experiences?
 - are you consistently reading your bible?
 - if you don’t have this vital sign, you are spiritually dead/dying

2) truth balanced with love
 - integrity is important, but we also must be speaking the integrity (truths) of the gospel in love

3) Growing every aspect of our lives into being Jesus
 - if you have stopped growing spiritually, there’s something wrong
 - if no one can correct you, you will be stuck (not growing)
 - particularly important for us who are ‘old’ in the faith
 - this will also be evident in ‘non-discipleship’ growth. We will be growing and getting better as we grow into Jesus (marriage, work, school, & parenting)

4) every member ministry
 - everyone is engaged & each member does his work
