APEC helps me to improve it because they are training us to speak in English. 
In time management the LF's are always reminding us about it and there is always a frame where we should complete a task at until that moment.

In APEC I'm able to improve my skills in understanding the lesson in Science because of the WIKI's and video's that can be seen in the Experience Guide that helps me to understand the lesson also because they are making us first to understand the lesson then after that we will test what we have learn in the 2nd synch or in the processing.
