         <description><![CDATA[<div>A theory of learning, to me, is a specific pathway in which people internalize and retain information. People learn in several different ways, that’s why it’s important to theorize the learning process and concepts. As Instructional Designers, we must constantly study how students learn. Understanding and successfully using theories of learning should make an impact to a person’s current understandings (prior knowledge) and new concepts. This picture reminds me how we study learners. </div><div>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
