School Website-Our school always keeps a watchful eye on protecting the environment

This morning the "Clean Up Day" was held, an initiative which saw the participation of representatives of Legambiente, local authorities and fifth year students of the Amerise and Ariosto schools. The pupils organized a conference on the importance of recycling, offering valuable advice on how to contribute to safeguarding the planet. At the end, the naming ceremony of the outdoor classroom took place after Doctor Luisa Altomare, a figure particularly attentive to environmental protection and sustainability, as well as promoter and host of the first school counseling in the institute since the 2007 school year /2008.

Peace Festival – A morning of commitment, emotion and future! 🌱🌍
we experienced a wonderful initiative in the primary school, within the Peace Festival 2025, promoted by the national project “Immagina – Sui passi di Francesco”. A lively and passionate school community gave life to a choral moment of reflection, creativity and participation.
The Principal, Prof. Susanna Capalbo, the Bishop, Mons. Maurizio Aloise, the Deputy Mayor Prof. Giovanni Pistoia and Dr. Evelina Viola, president of the Legambiente Corigliano-Rossano Club, were present. In her brief speech she wanted to remind us that peace cannot exist without the end of wars and without a collective choice of disarmament: talking about the environment only makes sense if it is done in a just world, where even children can live without fear.
