I'm expecting to have an extra lecture or something to talk about how to prepare for and answer PQ and EQ in TA, (for example how to address IRAC with criminal law in details, or provide some sample answers) like the skills sessions we had last year

I concur with my classmate - I don’t think we have enough practice to write PQ and essays for criminal law. And I think sometimes both tutors spend too much time on some trivial questions.

I think we should also learn how to write essay questions, and the tutors should also tell us what is expected in TA (which I assumed the standards would be different from writing an essay in coursework, considering the time limit)
