2. No person may steal
3. Every person must forage for food and water, build shelter, tend to wounded and/or scavenge the plane wreck for a minimum of 14 hours per day, unless sick or injured
4. Anyone who finds food or fresh water must distribute 3/4 of it to the rest of the camp
5. In case of a food shortage, food is prioritized towards the sick, injured, and the most proficient foragers and doctors
6. In case of an assault, an offender receives a strike. Three strikes and the offender is punished 
7. If a person breaks a law, they will be banished from the camp.
8. If a banished individual returns to the camp they will be killed, unless they surrender, if which they will have both their arms broken and sent back out.
9. If a banished person returns to the camp with enough food for the entire camp for three days, their crimes will be forgiven  and they will be able to rejoin the camp
10 If Jet Akiko enters the camp he will be slowly tortured, then flayed alive

Libertarians envision a day in the not too distant future when government is very small and focuses on defending our borders and administering justice. Of course this means there will be great prosperity. But, a point often missed is that there will soon not be enough needy people to go around to satisfy our natural feelings of charity and compassion. Truly needy people will be in great demand by philanthropists and charitable organizations. 
Problems such as transportation, pollution, medical costs and retirement pensions will be solved by innovation in a free market, combined with enforcement of property rights by a repaired legal system.
