Although they both made the city possible, a quick dispute for control of the city sparked and very unfortunately Romulus ended the life of his brother. This event was very costly because it destroyed countless temples, burnt down several houses of innocent citizens, and destroyed about 2 thirds of the whole Roman city. Although this was the case, different supplies such as food and water were given to citizens.
