Warner Brothers is known as one of the "big six" major American film studios. Not only does the company make movies, but they also make many t.v shows and video games. The information that I have found about this company makes me think more about the kind of environment that I want to work in. It makes me think about working in a company that is always busy, such as Warner Brothers. There are many pros and cons to working for this company, some that have swayed me different ways. I think I would still enjoy working under this company. Sandra Lee says on her website, "My mission is to cut the clutter and put ingredients that work into the hands of the people who need it most." I can gather that their core values are authenticity, meaningful work, beauty, service, and trustworthiness.  Although Sandra Lee has a very big platform, I can conclude that SLMD is not concerned with popularity. I guess a challenge that the company had was originally starting off as a small restaurant.
In the future the company plans in to open new restaurant in different locations including : Fruitville Pike Lancaster, Braselton, GA Grassfield FSU Chesapeake, VA. They also have a goal to create a Five story restaurant in New York's Financial District. The only negative information I found was that Chick Fil A had a Anti-Gay controversy. The company has mostly stayed silent about this issue. After my research, I can summarize that their core values are Customers First, Personal Excellence, And Continuous Improvement. With those values I can infer that Sloppiness is not one of their core values. They have been around for 27 years. This brands has been known for having hair products for the natural hair community. Just recently they have added and re- formulated their products to fit all hair types. They have been trying to hit a wider audience and they have done that. By doing that they have lost some of there supporters/buyers by re- formulating. Even though they haven't come out publicly saying that tons of people have noticed. By doing research I would think that their main core value wisdom. I say that because this last year they have been getting a lot of hate. They handled it just fine. As a future employee our core values don't align. I think the company's relationship with their customers is an important bond and unfortunately they have broken that.
