Having a group of three violins is even harder. I am accustomed to playing with other violins that have the same parts, so I am worried that I might be thrown off by the different melodies. I hope that I will be able to improve the quality of my performance. Playing alone gives me a lot of burden since I need to make sure I play correctly. Since I am first violin for the songs, I do play the melody for the majority of the songs. I am worried that I will let my group members down. Overall, my group can't seem to play together. Personally, the music we are playing does not sound like actual music. Instead, it sounds like a bunch of melodies put together but doesn't fit. There is only a week before we perform, and I truly don't feel prepared.

My teammates also depended on me to guide them during hard pieces. I was very stressed throughout the whole process. I got the three of us to meet for 3 hours on one day just to practice. I practiced alone often, and I even once stayed after school in the orchestra room for two hours just practicing. One thing I am super proud of, however, is my vibrato! I did not realize how much I have improved until I did this project. Additionally, I realized the importance of dynamics, adding color to the music. I still need to improve with my bow technique, however. I realized that there are moments when I accidentally play a note along with another string.
