Goals: This project intends to trigger situations of personalised and collaborative learning approaches.
Promotion of different communication modalities that allow the expression in Romanien and foreign languages and the confrontation of ideas, essential to the practice of an active citizenship.
Activities : Students will collaborate and working in small groups to:
• establish the project of action, unfolding it in actions and forming work groups;
• do the documentary research of information;
• organize the collected information;
• prepare the fieldwork on visiting places of geographical and cultural relevance;

My class is also learned in the afternoon, so it is impossible to arrange my class in any way different from the standard one, with the teacher's office and with the ranks of students' banks. That is why team work is done by turning or moving the seats and returning to the initial mode after completing the activity.

În clasa mea se învață și după-amiaza, deci este imposibil să-mi aranjez clasa în orice mod diferit de cel standard, cu biroul profesorului și cu rândurile de bănci ale studenților. De aceea lucrul pe echipe se realizeaza prin rotirea sau mutarea scaunelor și revenirea la modul inițial după finalizarea activității.

It is very important to create a good empathic relationship with students and to allow them to know each other. We should not accentuate the mistakes, but encourage participation. Students need to know that mistakes are part of the learning process and that they can take risks and get involved in activities. There are always group rules that I know to follow and I try to motivate them to participate in the presentation or introduction of the mission. During my activity, I go among them and try to check if everyone is here. I always remind them that we are there to learn and making mistakes is natural.

We need to help those students who feel less involved, make some changes if they are needed, and control if we find bad students who take advantage of group work.

Depending on the working technique I apply, I tell them how many groups I want to do, then let them group according to my friends.

I make some changes where the groups are not balanced, giving explanations of why they do. I also encourage the shy to get involved by giving them clear roles in the group.

In funcție de tehnica de lucru pe care o voi aplica, îi anunț câte grupe doresc să fac, apoi îi las să se grupeze în funcție de prietenii.

Fac unele modificari acolo unde grupele nu sunt echilibrate, dând explicații de ce fac acest lucru. Îi încurajez și pe cei timizi să se implice dându-le roluri clare în grup.

Goals

The two types of learning (personalized and collaborative) are very important and can be linked because they meet learning objectives and involve students in their own learning process. They complement each other in the sense that if pupils collaborate effectively, each one can highlight not only his best abilities but also his weaknesses. The teacher has the opportunity to find out where to place emphasis and what needs to be better spent on the training of each student while the student understands his or her role as a student by assuming more control and responsibility for learning.
