From the moment we met in my interview, I knew you were someone that I would love to have manage me. You are a bad ass professional and the way you balance work and life has made a lasting impression on me. Natasha, I am so glad that I've had you on my side for basically our entire Guild careers. It's been a pleasure to watch you grow. You blossom because of the warm light inside of you. It's a new chapter for me as well as you, to have my longest colleague but really battle buddy move on to a new journey. But as we've been saying, it's see you later, not goodbye. Tash, I'm so glad to have had you in my life over the past two years. You've brought so much laughter and shown up with so much authenticity and strength every day for this team and for yourself. It's been beautiful to watch you navigate this world - managing a remote team with no playbook, building relationships as a mentor, owning your mistakes, being vulnerable, figuring out how to LEAD. I'm honored to have grown alongside you, and I know you'll be a tremendous force in this world.
