Students are comfortable enough to challenge the way things are done<br>4. <strong>Resolution/Norming</strong>: Students begin to listen more thoughtfully to one another and work together better.&nbsp; Group unity is better and students are saying more positive things <br>5. <strong>Production</strong>: Students production is high. Teacher needs to be more attentive to student needs<br>6.<strong>Termination/Adjournment</strong>:&nbsp;Students need closure on the group experience.
