I learn that when taking pictures if something looks great visually it is harder to make the image look like that from your camera. I feel you have to work harder to ensure the camera sees what you see. I learned that I had to move farther, adjust lighting, and adjust framing. I feel the nostalgia aspect of the photo worked well, and it just looks like a memory someone would want to keep. A creative risk that I took was being able to capture people inn the background and it working out because like I said things look different from how you take a picture and how you see it.

when taking this photo I was in a moving car. So I would say that my risk that I took was that if I didn't get the shot I would've missed it, making this shot only of chance. Around the time I captured this image it was the evening and the sun was golden and I was in the moment and followed my gut and took the picture. Something that could have been better or something I could've done differently was the framing and maybe open the window so that the windows reflection from the car would be shown.

I feel as though the color works and is so cohesive in this photo, the blues, reds, greens, and blacks makes the photo feel like it would be a nice painting. the texture in this photo is also nice, you have the crunchiness of the leaves on the trees, the smoothness of the cars and the matte of the wall. I feel as though the red plant pot is the focal point. I was walking downtown and this street caught my eye and I just had to take this picture. A challenge that I had faced was how dark the picture was, my phone camera is not great when it is dark out and makes things look worse than what it looks like in real life. A way I overcame this challenge was by going in light room and editing it. I would say something I would change about this photo is taking it with a better camera.

I took this picture when I was waiting at a bus stop, around this time the sun was rising and I liked how the sun hit the window of the house. I was staring from across the street for a little bit and I felt like what I was looking at would be something that I would see in an album cover or something, I felt as though I needed to take that picture. I challenge that I faced was that my camera came out too dark with the picture, I just brightened the photo with the exposure. A creative risk that I took with this photo was using a preset, it gave the perfect amount of grain but in presets you never know what you're getting and I happened to like this preset and I used it. Something that I would change about this photo is probably wait until there was more sunlight hitting the house to give a warm feeling.

In this project I learned that not all cameras can zoom in the same distance, I've learned that my camera can zoom in pretty far. something that was difficult that I went through was the focusing in the camera. Something that did not work well in the picture personally for me was how bright the sky is, I wished I put the exposure lower. A creative risk that I took was taking this picture while we were moving because the picture could have turned out blurry.
