Noticings: Nearly half the school feels that they are disrespected sometimes or less. Only 10% of the school felt that there was disrespect almost always.

Next steps: Student suggestion would be to model healthy relationships. The unit in Health might need to be focused on more extensively. Would there be benefit to moving Health to 9th grade. Having teachers and administration model good relationships with healthy respect and professionalism. Finding a different SEL program that staff would follow through with. Maybe staff development with how to create a classroom culture of respect and how to address disrespect in the classroom.

Noticing: Do students understand the term "Bullying" and have a grasp of what it means? More than half the student body feels less likely to be bullied. Boys tended to have a higher number.

Safe school ambassadors club that helps support the student body. Having a presentation and explaining to students what bullying is and continue to monitor.
