Culture is deeper and harder to define, because culture is not just limited to the region of the world you are in now. CRSE is ingrained inside of them.  As a whole, the children in our school have respect for one another. The DOE has already  spent tens of millions of dollars on providing workshops that discuss equity.  The money would better be spent giving teachers a chance to purchase materials for individual students  that would accomplish this goal.
