Nina: I have a short powerpoint from last year that I used to introduce myself and have a little conversation with students before I start giving real lessons

Philip: From the Embedding Formative Assessment book's perspective it is arguable to what extent an ability grouping seating plan is a good idea. The seating plan itself seems like a good idea though.

JOACHIM: I do not have anything prepared but I like the way he does it, so I might take it from him hahaha. I'm going to Cran Canaria! The thing that is most exciting to me about teaching there is the school, they have amazing programs about sustainability and a butterfly garden. The place I will be staying in is 300 years old and located in the olderst part of the island, it even has a history museum.
