P- I observed their behavior, they giggled, made fun of each other, shrieked in excitement when one of them received a message from someone special. They playfully hit each others shoulders. Even i cant tell if they're being friendly or fake with one another.

E- I then observed their appearance, they were gorgeous, and even while they were fooling around, and could still looked effortlessly stunning as they did so. Their smiles glowed, and it felt like the room lit up. They have such great style, paired with the perfect body structure.

E- I wondered—why was it normal for them to act that way? No, why was it okay for them to act that way? Why was there a clear line drawn to show that it was okay for them to behave that way and not me?

E- when I behave the same, I'm seen as weird—maybe it's because I'm not pretty, or maybe people just don't like me.

L- world's apart but in the same place.

E: Her favourite student, Caeden Tay was fiddling with his phone under the table while she goes on about the Grammar rules. "Caedeeeeennnn? What are you doing under your table?", Ms Maizura would drag out her sentence. Again, in a low voice: "Caeden!" Ms Maizura said with a grunt and Caeden flinched nervously as he kept his phone in obedience.

L: Ms Maizura keeps our class in order for English lesson. Her English lesson is filled with many entertaining dramatical acts. The students love her, they would always greet and say "hi" to her every morning.

E: As the teacher cracks a joke, her happiness beams through her crooked smile. Her fan swings persistently through and fro as the wind blows through her tucked fringes. Her hair is as frizzy as a lion's mane. A blank resting face depicting her hollow train of thoughts. Her face turns as red as a tomato when she smiles with her eyes which turn into a crescent with wrinkles and dimples. The occasional pushing back of glasses as it slides down her nose bridge, the mole on the left side of her mouth gleaming through when she smiles.

E-How could someone be so flawless? From her poised walk to every clack of her heel, everything was elegant about her. Her smile of innocence radiated through the atmosphere, like the morning sun. She bared an aura of confidence around her, leaving her peers impressed.

E-She always spoke coherently with confidence, not letting any setbacks get the better of her.

L-I wish I could be like her.

E: She always hands in her homework on time and achieves straight A’s for her exams.

E: She never really likes to engage in conversations with her peers, and is often seen alone.

E: She always wears a black shirt with plain white pants.

E: She has long black silky hair that she often wears into a ponytail, and fringe that covers half her eyes.

E: She has black glasses, and zones out when asked a question.

The words that would spill out of their mouths are never of ill-intention. The actions they do inspire others. They wouldn’t hesitate to help a friend in need, and they wouldn’t hesitate to stand up for what they believe is true and just.

Even though we could never be the perfect friend to others, we all share this similar vision of what we see as “perfect”, and what we see as “perfect” is what best suits our personality.

Sure, everyone may have different views of who we think is best for us, but we always believe that everyone has good in their heart -qistan 2024
